I love your Zoom Pilates classes! The class is so well structured; It is challenging, but at the same time you take great care to ensure that we are all moving correctly and safely. Nicola has taught me to be much more concious of how I move my body and with her keen eye for posture I have hugely felt the benefits of doing pilates over the last few months. As part of the group, doing weekly pilates through our lunch break, I always go back to work feeling calm, centred and re-aligned.

After attending Nicola’s classes both in Canada and The Netherlands, I’m really pleased that she’s now gone online with her Pilates classes as it means I can now do them in a different country to her! I love that she makes every class different and even working out virtually she is able to make sure I do the exercises correctly. She also continues to adjust the exercises to fit my individual needs and constraints. She continues to be a positive source of inspiration.

It would be difficult to find a more encouraging and enthusiastic teacher than Nicola. I love her Pilates classes! She is diligent about always making sure every move is done correctly (even on Zoom!!), will notice and correct you if you're doing it wrong! I spent many a year and class just feeling the pressure of trying to keep up in pilates, but with Nicola, you never get that feeling, she is constantly looking out FOR you and correcting your posture if need be, not counting how much you've done!! The exercises are always varied every week too, to work on areas she has established might be weak with the class and she's always good at making it challenging, but not impossible. I love the fact she will always ask and take on feedback and change her exercises accordingly if needs be.

Nicola is a super friendly and very knowledgeable Pilates & TRX teacher. Her classes always have a variety of exercises and she is always full of lots of tips and advice and is great at giving individualised motivational praise and/or extra challenges when appropriate.

I have really enjoyed doing Nicola’s Pilates classes over the past months and I can tell that I am much stronger than I was when we started. I really enjoy the pace of the class as there is a mix of more intense movements that have my muscles shaking and movements that are much slower and are great for improving my flexibility.
